Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to anywhere in Australia, all states and cities.
We also have recently activated the USA, UK and NZ markets also.
If you are an international customer having issues checking out, please email admin@emoeldersociety.com for support and we will respond asap.
How long will my order take?
Processing time takes about 2-3 days to make your items in the order and dispatch from our Australian based printer. Then allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
*Please note - that we are also working with a USA based company to print on some unique styles of hoodies and tees that just aren’t easily or readily available in AUS to source without costing the earth, (The oversized and heavy weight styles). Delivery of these items can take 2 weeks.
How do I ship my order back to you?
Firstly, please choose your size carefully by utilizing the size chart page to source what fit and size would suit you best depending on the category you are choosing.
We know mistakes happen from time to time we are all humans after all, if the fit isn’t exactly right, in this case please email us at admin@emoeldersociety.com and we will guide you through next steps of the process.
What shipping options do you currently have?
We currently are using Sendle for all domestic and international orders.
All orders are delivered “Standard” as we currently don’t have express shipping options capacity as we are a young business.
We are absolutely exploring all opportunities to expand the shipping options in the future for our emo elder society community.
